For me I had to research online, and I had to dig deep into my feelings and ramblings to find something that actually contained something that I could use for my statement. The next thing you will want to do is to pick out a variety of different essays that have not only similar subjects but also formats.From there, I went through a few essays that were similar in topic and format but also had differences that made my personal statement seems better to me. From these, I pick ed out the essay that I liked the best and started looking at different examples of the same paragraph format that I liked. Finally, I chose one that I thought was the best that I could find and got it copied and pasted into the computer.This process took me a while, but it was well worth it. After I had written my essay I read through it many times. I thought about my writing style and I thought about my strengths and weaknesses, and then I began to realize that I really like my statement!I am very proud of my personal statement. It is something that is incredibly useful and that I think has helped me further into my education. Now I am happy with my personal statement and I really do believe that it was worth it.
